Delivery and pickup

Delivery in Dushanbe

A courier brings your order to your address in Dushanbe. The delivery charge is shown at checkout. If delivery is free above a certain order total, you'll see that at checkout too.

Delivery to other cities

We take your order to the bus or taxi station in Dushanbe and hand it to a driver going to your city. The charge for delivery to the station is shown at checkout; you pay the driver or local courier directly when you receive the order.

Your order must be paid in full before we hand it to the driver. You can use the delivery instructions to tell us whom to call or how to pass the order on.

Pickup

You can collect your order yourself. The pickup address is shown at checkout, and we'll contact you when your order is ready.

How ordering works

• After you place an order you get an order number. Keep it: you'll need it if you contact us.
• We call or message you on the number you gave to confirm the order, the payment method and the delivery time.
• Delivery times depend on where you are: in Dushanbe we deliver as quickly as we can, and to other cities with the next available driver. We agree the exact time with you when we confirm.

Payment

There is no payment on the website: we agree the payment method with you after you order, cash or bank transfer. In Dushanbe and for pickup you can pay when you receive your order. Orders to other cities are paid in full by bank transfer in advance.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel a Dushanbe or pickup order until you receive it, and an order to another city until we hand it to the driver. Please tell us as early as you can.

If you have already paid for an order that is cancelled, we refund you; we agree how with you.

If something is wrong

If an item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, message us on Instagram straight away with your order number and a photo, and we'll put it right.
