AMOREBEAUTY is an online beauty shop in Tajikistan. This page explains what information we receive when you use amorebeauty.store and place an order, and what we do with it.
In short: we only take what we need to deliver your order, and we never sell your details.
What we collect
When you place an order, you give us:
- your name and phone number;
- your city and address, if you choose delivery;
- any delivery instructions and order note you write;
- what you ordered: the products, quantities and total.
You don't need an account. We don't take card payments on the website and will never ask for your card details: you agree the payment method with us after ordering.
Why we need it
- to confirm your order and contact you by phone or messenger;
- to deliver your order or prepare it for pickup;
- to record your payment and keep our sales records;
- to help you if you contact us about an order later.
We don't use your details for advertising, and we don't sell them or give them to anyone for their own purposes.
Who sees your details
- Our staff who handle orders. Each new order is also sent to the shop's private Telegram chat so staff see it straight away.
- The courier or driver gets only what they need to deliver: your name, phone number and address.
- The services the website runs on: hosting (Vercel) and the database (Supabase) store data on our behalf, and Telegram delivers order notifications. They don't use your details for their own purposes.
Cookies and browser storage
- One cookie remembers the language you chose.
- Your bag and an unfinished checkout are kept in your browser on your device, so they aren't lost when the page reloads. They aren't sent to us until you place the order, and you can clear them in your browser settings.
- We don't use advertising or analytics trackers. If you follow a link to Instagram or another social network, that network's own rules apply.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for our accounts and to answer questions about past orders. The website's technical logs never contain your name, phone number or address.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your details: message us on Instagram with your order number. We may keep what we need for our sales records, such as the fact that an order was placed and paid.
Security
The website uses a secure connection (HTTPS). Only shop staff with their own accounts can see orders.
Changes
We may update this page. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
